Protected data
Designed to help you meet Moroccan law 09-08 and your declaration to the CNDP, the data protection authority.
Reception sells and scans; the manager sees the figures and the settings. A payment is never erased: a correction leaves a trace. The client's health consent is stored with its date. WhatsApp messages only use a neutral name, never the treated area; on the card the areas show or not, discreet mode is your choice.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Fill in the form: we set up your clinic with you, bring over your client records, and you use it for 14 days without paying.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Their card opens from a simple link in the browser; adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is being activated.
Can I bring over my notebook or Excel file?
Yes, and the migration is free: paste your rows from Excel or import a CSV file. A preview shows the errors row by row, and nothing is saved until everything is right.
I have several machines and rooms. Does it work?
Yes. The agenda has a column per machine or room and refuses two sessions at the same time in the same place.
Do WhatsApp messages and the Wallet card work yet?
They are built and being activated: WhatsApp messages, Apple and Google Wallet passes, lock-screen notifications and the 45-day recall start as soon as the platform's Meta, Apple and Google accounts are approved. Until then the client's card opens from its link, and everything else works today.
Where is the data stored?
On a server in France, a country recognised by the CNDP. Each clinic files its own declaration with the CNDP.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay your subscription, nothing on your clients or your sales.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
