Is there a setup fee?
Setup is guided; migrating your client records and branding your card are free. If any other cost were added, it would be on the quote before you commit.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose to pay monthly or yearly, by bank transfer with an invoice.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
WhatsApp sending is being activated. Meta charges for messages on its own rate card; we tell you what is included before sending is switched on.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes: the monthly plan has no commitment. Your data is handed back to you at the end of the contract.
I have several clinics?
One subscription per clinic.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
