What the client sees
The treatment's public name, her sessions (4 / 6), her balance due, the “complete by” date, her QR code, aftercare advice and her visit history. In English, French or Arabic, right to left in Arabic.

Areas shown, or discreet mode: your choice
The card is a personal link: by default it shows the exact package (“Laser full legs + underarms”) so she knows where she stands. In discreet mode it only shows the neutral name you choose, for the whole clinic or package by package. WhatsApp messages never name the area.

The card's QR code is the check-in: one scan and the session is deducted.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
The same card, added to the phone's wallet, with the sessions left and the balance due. It updates after every session and notifies the client on her lock screen. It is built, and switches on once the platform's Apple and Google accounts are approved.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an app to install?
No. The card is a link that opens in the browser.
What if the client loses the link?
Reception sends it again from her client file, on WhatsApp (being activated).
Does the card use my colours?
Yes: your logo and your brand colour.
Is it a stamp loyalty card?
No: it is the package card, with its sessions and balance due.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
