A ledger that cannot be erased
A recorded payment is never edited or deleted. A mistake is fixed with a correction line that stays visible. Refunds and discounts are ledger lines too.
In the evening, the cash closing compares the cash counted with the cash expected, expenses deducted. The package contract and numbered receipts print from the client's file.

What the law says
Morocco's consumer protection law 31-08 asks for receipts with the required details (art. 4) and, for a service over 3,000 MAD, a deadline for completing it (art. 12).
If instalments carry on after the sessions and spread over more than three months, they may count as credit (art. 74 and 75): ask your adviser.

Frequently asked questions
Is it certified till software?
No. It tracks packages and their payments; it is not a cash register.
A payment schedule with dates?
Yes: at the sale, the deposit then 2, 3 or 4 dated instalments. Late instalments show up on the dashboard.
An export for the accountant?
Coming soon.
What happens if a package is cancelled?
It is marked cancelled. A refund is recorded as a ledger line: nothing is erased.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
