The software tracks session packages, payments and the room agenda. It does not replace the medical record, the prescription or insurance claim forms.
Clients come back at the right time
Confirm or reschedule 24 h before, reminders for late instalments and a recall 45 days after the last session, on WhatsApp and on the Wallet card.

Frequently asked questions
Can I create packages of 10 or 20 sessions?
Yes, as many as you like, with the number of sessions and the pace you choose.
Do you handle insurance claims?
No. The software runs packages, payments, reception and the room agenda.
Several practitioners?
Yes: every staff member has her own login, and each session's practitioner is recorded with her commission.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Their card opens from a link; adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is being activated.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
