Why there is an interval
The laser does not reach every hair at once, because hairs do not all grow at the same time. That is why laser hair removal takes several spaced sessions, and why the pace depends on the area and the person.
This guide promises no result: follow the doctor's advice and your device's protocol.
The published reference points
What the American Academy of Dermatology says for most patients:

Setting the interval in the software
Every package has its interval in days. After a session, the next date is suggested from it in the machine's agenda. Clients who are late show up in the “to follow up” list on the dashboard.

The reminder message
Example: “Hello Salma, your next Soin M session is advised from 2 December. Reply to book it.” The message never names the treated area.
Frequently asked questions
Can two sessions be brought closer together?
That is a medical decision. The cited reference says the dermatologist tells you when another session is safe.
What if the client comes back late?
Book the next session as usual: the package keeps its sessions left, and the “to follow up” list helps you call her before.
Is the staff app in English?
Not yet: staff screens are in French. The client card and client messages are in English, French and Arabic.
